Technical Skills
- Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Microsoft Power Platform projects
- Expert with Azure Boards and Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kamban)
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud services, Microsoft Dataverse, Data migrations, Security, Compliance and GDPR
Project Management Skills
- Experience in resource planning, task prioritization, and risk management
- Budgeting and cost control experience in IT and technical project environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end technical projects (specifically Microsoft technology projects)
- Strong leadership and communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and documentation for Dynamics 365 or Power Platform projects
Soft Skills
- Exceptionally good English communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and focus on process improvement
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate technical details to non-technical audiences
