Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee ERP implementation projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Establish governance frameworks for project tracking and reporting.
- Mitigate risks and manage dependencies across multiple projects.
- Guide and mentor project teams to achieve high performance and collaboration.
- Provide strategic insights to optimize ERP integrations and processes.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale ERP projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of finance, supply chain, or other ERP modules is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dynamics 365 certifications or equivalent ERP certifications.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of integrations with third-party tools and Microsoft technologies like Power BI, Azure, and PowerApps.
