At Stallions Solutions, we passionately believe that we successfully deliver excellence to our clients because we deliberately seek to hire ‘Brilliant’ people. We strive to encourage diversity across our team and to optimize the deployment of our collective talent to enable the delivery of outstanding results for our clients. We believe the best way to do this is to give our people the space and flexibility to succeed.
Stallions Solutions is committed to maintaining a high standard of corporate governance. Therefore, we require all Stallions Solutions staff and affiliates to comply with Stallions Solutions Global Anti-Slavery Policy. The policy’s objectives are:
Stallions Solutions Global Anti-Slavery Policy was reviewed and updated to underscore workers’ rights and provide access to redress for any victims. We have developed measurements in the form of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which allow us to report on our performance against areas of this policy.
We also require all staff, representatives, and partner organizations to comply with Stallions Solutions Global Safeguarding Policy, which minimizes the risk of harm, exploitation, or abuse of children and adults from staff, operations, and program activities.
At the same time, our internal HR policies address human trafficking and modern slavery to ensure they are not taking place in our business. In addition, if any employee believes malpractice, unethical conduct, or illegal practices are taking place, our Global Whistleblowing Policy provides a confidential internal mechanism for reporting, investigating, and remedying any wrongdoing. Likewise, the Global GrievancePolicy enables employees to raise concerns, problems, or complaints relating to the terms of their employment, health and safety, work environment, or working practices.
Stallions Solutions believes that change can only come from working closely with our partners. We have continued to build on the work done in the 2021/2022 financial year, identifying opportunities to further support Stallions Solutions and its partners in the fight against modern slavery and human trafficking.
Also, Stallions Solutions supports the United Nations Global Compact and The Ten Principles. These principles include the protection of human rights, freedom of association, and elimination of all forms of forced, compulsory, and child labour. As an active supporter, Stallions Solutions is committed to implementing all Ten Principles and measuring the outcomes through the use of KPIs.
All policies are promoted and enforced across our business. We have developed and implemented a training package to ensure staff are familiar with these policies and understand how their implementation is essential to combat modern slavery and human trafficking.
Any employee who breaches this policy will face disciplinary action, which could result in dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct. We may terminate our relationship with other individuals and organizations working on our behalf if they breach this policy. We may remove suppliers from our approved supplier list where companies in the supply chain are found to be involved in violation of basic human rights, and there is no willingness to address the situation within a reasonable timeframe if requested to do so.
