Microsoft
Power platform
Microsoft Power Platform harnesses the potential of PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate to assist organisations in quick and easy app construction backed by data-driven insights. Each component of the power platform is built on the Common Data Service for Apps (CDS), which is a SaaS solution hosted on Microsoft Azure. At Stallions Solutions we make sure that your data is kept and maintained in a central, safe, and secure location.
What is the Power Platform?
The Power Platform concept arose from the realisation that enterprises are experiencing a growing influx of data everywhere. Power Platform is based on the premise that enterprises can harness data and gather insights to drive intelligent business processes.

The Power Platform is made up of four primary components:
- Power Virtual Agents are artificially intelligent virtual bots.
- Power BI is a business analytics application.
- Power Apps is a low-code app development platform. Power Automate (previously known as Flow) provides process automation.
The data is connected via approximately 275 different data connectors that are specifically designed for Power Platform. Then, taking it a step further, you may employ artificial intelligence (AI) to build in logic and AI around it. The data is hosted in the Microsoft Dataverse (previously known as the Common Data Service) and the data reservoir is included in all Microsoft programmes. Because the data is included in a single primary data collection, it can be accessed by any application.
Power Apps
Power Apps is a great and simple platform that allows you to create a user mobile interface using dragging and dropping elements. You can also use textboxes, option fields, and other controls to your interface. It also enables you to use media devices such as cameras, movies, and other capabilities that you may require to create a innovative mobile application. There feature in Power Apps allows you to connect with numerous data sources, and once developed, you simply need to publish the app for consumption inside the business.
Power Apps is more of a platform-as-a-service offering from the Microsoft Power Platform. This service allows users to quickly create apps that can be run on any current web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer, as well as native mobile apps for Android, iOS, or Windows. However, we can only construct mobile apps for internal users with Power Apps, not for customers all over the world. Because this platform is code-free, developers will be unable to control the UI elements or modify the underlying HTML codes to make changes.
