We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior M365 Support Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed business process analysis and gather requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to define functional and non-functional specifications.
- Document business requirements and create Functional Design Documents (FDD).
- Perform Fit-Gap analysis and propose customized ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement ERP modules.
- Train end-users and provide post-go-live support to ensure seamless adoption.
- Support data migration, validation, and system configuration processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a functional consultant or business analyst in an ERP environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in finance and operations modules (Budgeting, Fixed Assets, GL, etc.).
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
- Experience in multi-entity and multi-country ERP implementations.
- Familiarity with data management tools and frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dynamics 365 certifications or equivalent ERP certifications.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of integrations with third-party tools and Microsoft technologies like Power BI, Azure, and PowerApps.
